As a public accountant and tax adviser, Christian Kaussen has a wealth of experience gathered over years in the comprehensive consultation of companies in the renewable energies sector. In the field of wind energy in particular, Mr Kaussen has advised and advises both turbine manufacturers as well as installation operators. In addition to auditing annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and HGB, he also focuses on tax and business management consulting – which ranges from the identification of potential for tax optimisation and advising on company transactions to financial closing and the implementation and optimisation of (digital) business processes, through to the complete takeover of all administrative and business management tasks for the company.
Stephan Dreckmann
Public accountant and tax adviser
As a public accountant and tax adviser, Stephan Dreckmann has worked for several years together with offshore wind farms, providing them with tax advice as well as consulting in matters of business management. His professional activities in this regard focused on the preparation of annual financial statements and monthly reports, as well as consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS or the HGB, auditing annual financial statements, transaction consulting, preparation of tax plans, consulting with regard to VAT and deferred taxes.
If necessary, he also takes on responsibility for business-related communication with foreign investors in his role as public accountant and tax adviser.
